I just checked out your jewelry. H...Thanks Arizona! I just checked out your jewelry. Hearted my favorite of course 'wink'. We should colaborate on something. I've made a few beads with my clay and would love to see what you and your daughter come up with:)

Some potters use clay they dig themselves, some buy their clay, some mix half and half, some mix their clay from chosen ingredients... to some potters their clay is a huge part of their process, a huge part of who they are as a potter (this is me). To some it's the glazing process and their glazes are the distinction of their pottery, others it's the form or function, etc... Next time you talk to a potter, quiz them on their clay, or glaze or form and see if you can figure out what process their passion comes from.Juliehttp://bradleyspottery.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5683603309587547577.post-82248825456034636282011-07-08T10:10:11.255-05:002011-07-08T10:10:11.255-05:00I like reading post like this because it shows how...I like reading post like this because it shows how much work really goes into handmade items such as yours.

I know for me I just thought you bought the clay already ready to use.
